Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how TA'Da ("we") collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to the website ta-da.pt, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and applicable Portuguese law.
1. Data controller
The entity responsible for processing your personal data is TA'Da, based in Portugal, reachable at hello@ta-da.pt.
2. Data we collect
We apply the principle of data minimisation. We only collect data strictly necessary to respond to enquiries sent through the contact form:
- Name
- Email address
- Message and any information the user chooses to share
We do not collect browsing data for advertising purposes, nor do we share data with third parties for that purpose.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data collected through the form is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and to provide a service proposal, when requested. The legal basis is the data subject's consent and/or pre-contractual steps taken at their request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
4. Data retention
Data is kept only for the period strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, in any case, for the legally required period. Afterwards, data is securely deleted.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting hello@ta-da.pt.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
6. Security
We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or destruction.
